Salary: $118,200 - $125,000

What you will do

• Administer and configure Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM) to align with organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Manage product backlogs by developing and prioritizing epics, features, and user stories based on program strategy.
• Analyze and document end-to-end business processes to identify risks and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and present reports, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership.
• Support the testing and validation of user stories against acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Must pass U.S. Federal Government public trust clearance (US Citizenship or specific residency/VISA requirements).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably with large-scale projects.
• Proven experience as a Jira Systems Administrator with deep knowledge of workflows and permissions.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and visualization tools like Visio or Lucid.
• Strong understanding of Agile processes and management documentation.

Nice to have

• SAFe certification and/or practical SAFe experience.
• Experience building requirements around medical data.
• Domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or other healthcare verticals.
