TL;DR

Technical Partner Manager (Cyber Resilience): Enabling technical sellers to position and win with hirify.global solutions with an accent on product training and pre-sales expertise. Focus on driving awareness of data resilience products, managing partner relationships, and executing proof of concepts for customers.

Location: Remote (USA), specifically the Chicago/NYC Metro Area. Must be able to travel 60%.

Salary: $150,000—$214,300 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Enable technical sellers to position, sell, and win using hirify.global solutions.
  • Deliver product and technical certification training to partners.
  • Identify sales plays to support partner business initiatives and grow the pipeline.
  • Create and foster relationships with partner technical leaders and influencers.
  • Provide pre-sales assistance, including demonstrations and proof of concepts (PoCs).
  • Execute partner account strategies to maximize revenue and meet sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • Previous pre-sales experience or demonstrated sales acumen.
  • Extensive experience with Cyber Resilience and Virtualization Technologies (e.g., VMware VCP, Microsoft MCITP).
  • Experience designing, building, or selling hirify.global solutions.
  • Ability to travel 60%.
  • Must be based in the United States (Chicago/NYC Metro Area).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Storage, Networking, Servers, and VMware/Hyper-V.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection and Disaster Recovery technologies.
  • Experience with Channel Sales and Enablement.
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
  • Experience with scripting, orchestration, and workflow tools.
