What you will do

• Set up new processes from scratch utilizing scientific mold assessment tools to determine cycle time and key parameters.
• Analyze and adjust processes based on injection and pressure curve analysis.
• Troubleshoot molding machines to bring parts into specification for size, appearance, flash, and splay.
• Recognize and recommend corrective actions for tooling issues.
• Manage necessary documentation, including sample retention papers, mold forms, and manufacturing orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with 5S standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• 2 to 5 years of experience with machine and mold set-up.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Murfreesboro, TN, US.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain an excellent attendance record.
• Ability to work designated shifts (specifically 3rd shift).
