What you will do

• Operate molding machines, performing startups, shutdowns, and independent mold changes.
• Adjust process parameters using RJG methodology to ensure high quality and production standards.
• Troubleshoot issues with machines, molds, and robots, including re-teaching and calibrating robotic equipment.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance (PM) and quality checks using calipers and various gauges.
• Manage repair work orders via SAP and maintain a safe, clean work area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in injection molding, including advanced troubleshooting.
• RJG training (Essentials, Math for Molders, Fundamentals) required or ability to complete within a defined timeframe.
• Ability to use PIT equipment and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and the skilled use of calipers.
