Process Technician (Automotive)

What you will do

• Perform fitment and installation of automotive components using general assembly tools.
• Utilize error-proofing equipment and torque guns to ensure quality and safety.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues during vehicle builds.
• Read and interpret general automotive process documents and engineering drawings.
• Manage multiple tasks and achieve results with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• HS diploma with relevant work experience, technical course work, or professional certifications.
• 5 years of automotive experience in vehicle/component assembly.
• Ability to work 1st shift (Monday - Thursday, four 10-hour days).
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) or eligible for export control authorization.
• No immigration sponsorship provided (H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, etc.).

Nice to have

• Associate degree.
• Experience in armoring or military environments.
• Experience with machine shop fabrication equipment or one-off/prototype vehicle builds.
