What you will do

• Support Senior Project Manager with meeting organization, note-taking, and distribution of summaries to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the Asset Management Platform (AMP) to ensure accurate project data across active developments.
• Conduct research on BESS development opportunities, utility procurement trends, and the competitive landscape in the TVA and Southeast regions.
• Track construction tax reporting and coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations departments to ensure compliance.
• Create and update Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Access databases to track project status, milestones, and KPIs.
• Develop presentation materials and process documentation for Development Operations.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or postgraduate student in Data Analysis, Business Operations, Energy, Environmental Science, MBA, or Energy Policy.
• Proficiency with Zoom, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and Power BI.
• Ability to conduct independent web research and analyze technical industry reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in the USA or eligible to work in the United States.
