What you will do

• Manage SEO and design/development client accounts ongoing.
• Develop project scopes considering financial, resource, and tech constraints with cost estimates.
• Attend client meetings, kick-offs, and act as creative liaison.
• Communicate project goals and criteria to the team.
• Review team deliverables before client handoff.
• Upsell website and marketing strategies to clients and close projects.

Requirements

• Availability for 40 hours/week, 9am-6pm PST
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong writing, speaking, and ability to explain technical info to non-tech audiences.
• Self-motivated, professional, positive approach; cool under pressure.
• Reliable workstation, fast internet if remote; transportation if in-house.
• Pass skills tests (experience/education flexible for top performers).
