Compensation: $21.00 - $29.40 per hour

What you will do

• Manage data processing tasks including rebate handling, invoicing, and queue management.
• Provide technical written and verbal support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain adherence to program, practice, and operational guidelines.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to program support activities.
• Execute special projects as assigned to support program delivery.

Requirements

• Must reside in New Jersey to be considered for this role.
• 1-2 years of relevant industry experience in data processing, queue management, or customer service.
• 1-2 years of experience working with Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
