Member Services Intern (Project Management)

Location: Must be based in the United States. Hybrid schedule in New York City (Tue-Thu in office) or remote.

Salary: $25.00/hour - $50.00/hour (approx. $4,000 - $8,000/month).

What you will do

• Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, and project reports.
• Gather and analyze key performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Present project outcomes to senior leadership by the end of the summer.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (graduate preferred).
• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with and present to executive stakeholders.
