Salary: $130,000–$145,000 Base

What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy for a core area of the Wholesale Network.
• Translate complex customer and business problems into clear, actionable product direction and feature definitions.
• Own prioritization and roadmap decisions in partnership with engineering and design.
• Lead customer discovery efforts to validate problems and shape solutions with stakeholders.
• Drive full-cycle execution from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and iterate based on data-driven evidence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management owning and delivering complex software products.
• Experience working with technically complex systems such as structured data, integrations, or large-scale catalogs.
• Demonstrated ability to define strategy and drive execution in cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and modern product development practices.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Understanding of SMB or enterprise wholesale between merchants and brands/suppliers.
• Experience in the retail and e-commerce industry.
