Location: Remote (Must be based in Ontario, Canada)
Salary: $130,000–$145,000 Base

What you will do
- Define and drive product strategy for a core area of the Wholesale Network.
- Translate complex customer and business problems into clear, actionable product direction and feature definitions.
- Own prioritization and roadmap decisions in partnership with engineering and design.
- Lead customer discovery efforts to validate problems and shape solutions with stakeholders.
- Drive full-cycle execution from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and iterate based on data-driven evidence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management owning and delivering complex software products.
- Experience working with technically complex systems such as structured data, integrations, or large-scale catalogs.
- Demonstrated ability to define strategy and drive execution in cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and modern product development practices.
- Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
Nice to have
- Understanding of SMB or enterprise wholesale between merchants and brands/suppliers.
- Experience in the retail and e-commerce industry.
