Salary: $130,000–$145,000 Base

What you will do

• Lead the core tee sheet product direction and overall strategy.
• Craft feature and scope definitions that balance customer needs, business goals, and implementation constraints.
• Gather insights from customers, internal stakeholders, and market trends to shape the product roadmap.
• Drive the implementation and execution of the team's delivery plans.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to coordinate successful product launches.
• Define and report on product success metrics and become the SME for owned offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within B2B software.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful products and significant transformational value to customers.
• Expertise in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating complex concepts to senior leadership and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be eligible to perform work within Ontario, Canada.
