What you will do

• Lead pricing strategy and governance to ensure alignment with company goals and market positioning.
• Design and maintain advanced pricing models to support revenue forecasting and financial planning.
• Own the annual price increase process, including strategy development and customer communication.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and benchmark competitors to inform GTM strategy and product offerings.
• Define, track, and report on key pricing KPIs to measure profitability, churn, and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as a subject matter expert on pricing and packaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, analytics, or revenue management, ideally in SaaS or payments.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling, forecasting, and handling large data sets.
• Technical proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Proven track record of translating data insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
