What you will do

• Directly manage a team of Product Managers handling equity plan administration, ESPP, broker connectivity, and batch processing.
• Coordinate roadmap planning, prioritization, and dependencies across product domains, aligning with broader Equity strategy.
• Monitor delivery progress, remove blockers, and serve as escalation point for cross-functional initiatives.
• Engage with customers, stakeholders, sales, and partners on strategic input and deal support.
• Partner with Engineering, Professional Services, and Product Marketing on capacity, implementations, and releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years in people management or team lead role
• 5+ years in equity management, equity compensation, or financial services SaaS
• Proven track record leading multi-domain product teams and cross-functional delivery.
• Solid understanding of equity administration, ESPP lifecycle, broker workflows, and batch processing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, product frameworks, and equity plan types (stock options, RSUs, ESPP).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

Nice to have

• CEP (Certified Equity Professional) certification.
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience with equity administration platforms like Certent.
• Work with broker partners and integrations in high-growth SaaS.
