What you will do
- Directly manage a team of Product Managers handling equity plan administration, ESPP, broker connectivity, and batch processing.
- Coordinate roadmap planning, prioritization, and dependencies across product domains, aligning with broader Equity strategy.
- Monitor delivery progress, remove blockers, and serve as escalation point for cross-functional initiatives.
- Engage with customers, stakeholders, sales, and partners on strategic input and deal support.
- Partner with Engineering, Professional Services, and Product Marketing on capacity, implementations, and releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years in people management or team lead role
- 5+ years in equity management, equity compensation, or financial services SaaS
- Proven track record leading multi-domain product teams and cross-functional delivery.
- Solid understanding of equity administration, ESPP lifecycle, broker workflows, and batch processing.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, product frameworks, and equity plan types (stock options, RSUs, ESPP).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Nice to have
- CEP (Certified Equity Professional) certification.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience with equity administration platforms like Certent.
- Work with broker partners and integrations in high-growth SaaS.
