What you will do

• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including performance commentary and variance insights.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and the annual operating plan to guide company decision-making.
• Analyze drivers of variance between forecast and actuals and partner with stakeholders on strategic responses.
• Operationalize key financial metrics and models in partnership with Pricing, Inventory, and Business Intelligence teams.
• Monitor the health of critical business functions, including marketing spend, payments, and partner payouts.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis, business cases, and market analysis related to pricing and promotions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or FP&A at a technology or rapidly scaling company.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL and/or Snowflake to self-serve on data questions.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills to create executive-ready outputs.
• Solid understanding of P&L mechanics and key financial drivers.
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills to translate analysis into decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Anaplan.
