What you will do

• Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including performance commentary and variance insights.
• Develop budgets and forecasts, including the annual operating plan and long-term outlooks.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze forecast-to-actual variances and implement operational responses.
• Operationalize key financial metrics and models in collaboration with Pricing, Inventory, and BI teams.
• Monitor business health across marketing spend, payment collections, and partner payouts.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and business cases, such as ROI on marketing and partner prepayments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or financial planning at a scaling tech company.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL and/or Snowflake for independent data retrieval.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills for executive-level reporting.
• Solid understanding of P&L mechanics and key financial drivers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate analysis into business decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Anaplan.
