What you will do

• Drive business performance analysis and develop reporting to empower organizational teams.
• Own key components of the annual budget, monthly forecast cycles, and variance analysis for revenue and expenses.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and operational leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to surface trends, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
• Serve as a steward of the Adaptive Insights planning tool to ensure data accuracy and system alignment.
• Lead ad hoc strategic analyses to support business cases and management discussions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, or accounting, ideally within the tech or SaaS sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, logic functions, and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial close cycles.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as NetSuite, Tableau, and Adaptive Insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into insights for stakeholders.
