Salary: $169,900 – $254,900

What you will do

• Source, negotiate, and close AAA/AA PC and console licensing deals across the WotC and Hasbro portfolio.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of partnerships, aligning IP with the right developers and publishers for core and casual audiences.
• Structure high-value, multi-year agreements to maximize franchise value, revenue, and repeat business.
• Represent the company externally as a partner of choice for premium game development.
• Evaluate opportunities with commercial and creative rigor to prioritize high-impact deals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement deals and ensure the long-term success of licensees.

Requirements

• Proven tenure in video game business development and licensing, specifically for PC and console titles in the AAA/AA space.
• Track record of closing high-value partnerships with top-tier developers and publishers.
• Experience managing diverse IP portfolios spanning core, casual, and kids/preschool audiences.
• Deep expertise in licensing structures and deal economics for multi-year and multi-title agreements.
• Strong industry network across studios, publishers, and platform partners.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Renton, WA office three days a week.
