Global EHS Manager

What you will do

• Conduct global EHS needs assessments, map regulatory gaps, and design strategy covering data centers, offices, and operations.
• Develop and maintain EHS management systems aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, UK HSE, and local regulations.
• Lead risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and compliance monitoring across jurisdictions.
• Design and deploy global training programs, safety committees, and prevention culture initiatives.
• Partner with HR Operations, site leaders, and vendors for emergency plans, onboarding, and new site launches.
• Define KPIs, reporting, and frameworks for direct hires versus third-party providers.

Requirements

• Native or fluent English (will be tested).
• Bachelor's/Master's in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science or related; EHS certification (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor).
• 5+ years EHS experience in multinational/multi-site environments, building programs from scratch.
• Knowledge of OSHA, UK HSE, EU directives, ISO 45001/14001; data center or industrial experience.
• Experience with audits, risk assessments, compliance in multi-jurisdictional settings.
• Strong influence skills across geographies and disciplines.

Nice to have

• Experience in shift-based/24/7 operations or key geographies: Israel, France, Spain, Finland, Germany, UK, US.
• Managing EHS vendors and software (e.g., Power BI).
• Additional European languages (French, German, Finnish, Spanish).
