What you will do
- Define and lead DevRel strategy, developer journey, and success metrics across APIs, SDKs, and integrations.
- Own technical content lifecycle including tutorials, API docs, code samples, and video guides for LLM-powered agents.
- Act as voice of developers, translating feedback into product requirements and improving DevEx.
- Build community through webinars, conferences, hackathons, and platforms like GitHub and Discord.
- Collaborate on exposing LLM, RAG, and tool-calling tech intuitively to developers.
- Lead developer go-to-market including beta programs and launch kits.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Developer Relations, Technical Evangelism, or Software Engineering with community focus.
- Experience driving adoption for API-first B2B or Enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Ability to use developer insights and data for advocacy strategy.
- Track record of high-quality technical content like repos, blogs, and presentations.
- Superior communication for explaining AI/ML to technical and executive audiences.
- Strong technical background with degree or experience in Python, Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs.
Nice to have
- Experience with conversational AI, NLP, LLMs, or speech tech.
- Defining metrics for developer communities or open-source.
- Work on global B2B platforms with international developers.
- Familiarity with enterprise integrations like contact centers and CRM APIs.
