What you will do

• Enforce Global Security Department Best Practices and CTPAT program recommendations to protect assets and personnel.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of Security Officers, including scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping.
• Conduct electronic-based audits and perform administrative data entry according to post order standards.
• Respond to fire and first aid emergencies while facilitating EHSS processes.
• Manage intellectual property protection, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with facility management, HR, and corporate departments to resolve security issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading teams of 5+ personnel in corporate security, logistics, law enforcement, or military.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and a valid Security License (where required).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and mobile applications.
• Ability to rotate shifts, including weekends and overtime.
