What you will do

• Manage and maintain all variable compensation programs, including sales commissions, CS incentives, and leadership bonuses.
• Administer the commission management platform end-to-end, configuring plans and building payout workflows.
• Partner with GTM leadership to design and iterate on compensation plans that align with business strategy.
• Establish recurring reporting cadences and dashboards to provide visibility into the relationship between compensation and rep performance.
• Support equity compensation administration and contribute to the overall total rewards strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commission planning, variable compensation, or sales compensation analysis.
• Hands-on experience administering commission management platforms such as QuotaPath, CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or Xactly.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for complex scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis.
• Must be based in the United States.
