What you will do
- Lead and develop the compensation team, ensuring high-quality operational delivery, accurate calculations, and timely payouts.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to clarify plan mechanics, resolve structural questions, and provide guidance on performance topics.
- Drive the streamlining and standardization of compensation processes, approvals, and controls.
- Support the evaluation, setup, and rollout of a scalable compensation management tool to enhance automation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, RevOps, and Revenue Technology to ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and audit readiness.
- Contribute to the design, documentation, and rollout of sales compensation plans aligned with company strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, specifically opportunity management and reporting structures.
- High proficiency in Excel for managing complex calculations and reconciling datasets.
- Proven experience managing sales compensation plans, including variable structures and accelerators.
- Demonstrated people management experience leading operational teams.
- English: C1 level (excellent written and verbal communication required for senior stakeholder management)
Nice to have
- Experience with specialized compensation management systems.
- Proficiency with BI or reporting tools such as Power BI.
