What you will do

• Maintain accuracy and completeness of contract records and product configurations.
• Align co-term, expansion, and upgrade sales with corresponding contract records.
• Prepare quotes using complex pricing models, following current processes and policies.
• Manage the booking process for closed orders through to final order processing.
• Resolve booking queries in collaboration with Order Management, Fulfillment, and Renewal Account Managers.
• Conduct contract research across multiple systems to provide relevant renewal information.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Order Management, or Finance within a SaaS environment.
• Strong numeracy skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to travel quarterly to Reading and London.
• Proficiency in using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate workflows.
