What you will do

• Own key month-end close components and GL account reconciliations
• Manage RightRev revenue system, including period opens/closes and order activation in Salesforce
• Prepare journal entries for revenue, deferred revenue, unbilled accounts; analyze balance sheet/income trends for management insights
• Review customer contracts under ASC 606, document nonstandard treatments
• Identify/mitigate revenue leakage on overage invoicing; collaborate with Sales Ops and AR for accurate billing
• Support new systems for usage-based billing, external audits, and process automation with AI/ERP tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 4+ years relevant accounting experience
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
• Advanced Excel; experience with large ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce)
• Excellent communication; ability to handle multiple tasks independently and in teams

• Experience with revenue systems like RightRev
• Proven process/system improvements
