What you will do

• Lead financial strategy including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and capital efficiency.
• Drive fundraising efforts, preparing models, data rooms, and investor/Board materials.
• Build scalable finance infrastructure, transitioning accounting/tax in-house, deploying AI systems, and ensuring compliance.
• Provide strategic insights on GTM, product, hiring, and expansion; collaborate cross-functionally on ROI.
• Oversee accounting, FP&A, tax, audits; implement KPIs and dashboards for SaaS metrics like ARR, CAC, LTV.
• Manage risk through policies on cash, expenses, vendors; build and mentor finance team.

Requirements

• 10+ years in finance; 5+ years in senior leadership (VP Finance, Head of Finance, or CFO)
• Experience scaling Series A–C B2B SaaS companies ($30MM–$100MM+ ARR)
• Expertise in FP&A, fundraising, investor relations, Board management, SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV), cohort analysis, unit economics
• Strong accounting knowledge, audit/compliance readiness, scalable systems building
• Exceptional Excel skills; excellent communication and executive presence
• Track record mentoring high-performing teams; thrive in fast-paced startups

Nice to have

• Experience with IPO/strategic exit
• Familiarity with global expansion, international tax/compliance
• Prior experience in legal tech, AI/ML, or regulated industries
