What you will do

  • Lead monthly sales commission calculations for AMS and Enterprise Sales Groups.
  • Collaborate with Sales, FP&A, and Information Systems to ensure accurate and timely commission processes, including Xactly validations.
  • Maintain special requests, ad hoc adjustments, and administer compensation plans in Xactly system.
  • Drive global commission process and system improvements, researching best practices.
  • Provide training to sales teams on plans and policies, and ensure data hygiene through quality controls.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate compensation plans and SPIFs, and handle reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience, preference for Enterprise Software and Sales Compensation
  • BA in quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Math, Economics).
  • Experience with Xactly (must), SFDC CRM (must), BI applications (must), advanced Excel (must)
  • High motor, self-starter, able to work cross-functionally in remote global environment.
  • Able to work under pressure in Sales Organization; Qlik Sense/Cloud advantage.
