What you will do

• Lead and scale the global MPM organization across Boston, Mexico, and APAC.
• Own end-to-end material planning and execution from NPI through sustaining production.
• Translate the Master Production Schedule into actionable material requirements and execution strategies.
• Partner with GSM, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure timely material availability.
• Identify and mitigate material risks to protect build schedules and product launches.
• Implement scalable systems and tools to improve material visibility and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, or program management.
• Professional background in consumer electronics or high-growth hardware environments.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced settings.
• Deep expertise in material planning and production readiness (NPI, ramp, and sustaining).
• Experience working with contract manufacturers in APAC and Mexico.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boston, MA.
