Account Executive (ID Watchdog): Drive new ID Watchdog business targeting employers with over 5,000 employees with an accent on outbound sales strategies, broker partnerships, and positioning identity protection for productivity, cyber-risk mitigation, and financial wellness. Focus on developing data-driven territory plans, closing enterprise deals, and leveraging reports for client benchmarking and needs diagnosis.
Location: Remote (United States), Jefferson City
Salary: $90,000 to $115,000 + approximately 40% incentive

What you will do
- Conduct outbound sales through multiple channels, leveraging networks, LinkedIn, and thought leadership to generate leads from large employers.
- Build pipeline via broker referrals by influencing selection processes early with unique value propositions.
- Close deals by expanding discussions from employee perks to enterprise solutions addressing productivity, savings, and cybersecurity.
- Develop and execute data-driven territory plans using presence and industry experience for high-probability targets.
- Use metadata-driven reports to benchmark workforces, diagnose financial stress, and translate client needs into tailored solutions.
- Maintain pipeline discipline with rigorous prospecting, sales cycle management, ACV maximization, and opportunity upselling.
- Partner internally to deliver unified value propositions in every deal.
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B sales experience in Employee Benefits, HR Tech, or financial wellness SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in competitive markets
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools/LLMs to enhance sales results
- Strong relationships with voluntary benefits brokers and RFP process knowledge
- Ability to close senior HR/Benefits decision-makers with demos and presentations
- Proactive lead generation, consultative selling, and C-suite engagement
