Location: Remote (United States), Jefferson City

Salary: $90,000 to $115,000 + approximately 40% incentive

What you will do

  • Conduct outbound sales through multiple channels, leveraging networks, LinkedIn, and hirify.global thought leadership to generate leads from large employers.
  • Build pipeline via broker referrals by influencing selection processes early with unique value propositions.
  • Close deals by expanding discussions from employee perks to enterprise solutions addressing productivity, savings, and cybersecurity.
  • Develop and execute data-driven territory plans using hirify.global presence and industry experience for high-probability targets.
  • Use metadata-driven reports to benchmark workforces, diagnose financial stress, and translate client needs into tailored solutions.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline with rigorous prospecting, sales cycle management, ACV maximization, and opportunity upselling.
  • Partner internally to deliver unified hirify.global value propositions in every deal.

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience in Employee Benefits, HR Tech, or financial wellness SaaS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in competitive markets

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI tools/LLMs to enhance sales results
  • Strong relationships with voluntary benefits brokers and RFP process knowledge
  • Ability to close senior HR/Benefits decision-makers with demos and presentations
  • Proactive lead generation, consultative selling, and C-suite engagement
