What you will do

• Support and operate Zoom meetings and webinars for internal events, managing setup, participant access, chat monitoring, and basic troubleshooting
• Build and maintain run-of-show documents, coordinate scheduling, logistics, and pre-event technical checks for presenters
• Provide clear communication and real-time support to internal stakeholders and executive participants during events
• Offer first-level technical support for audio/video issues, screen sharing, and platform navigation, escalating as needed
• Collaborate with producers and technical teams in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple events and priorities

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1–3 years of experience in event production, media, AV, or related field (or internship)
• Familiarity with Zoom (meetings, webinars, virtual events)
• Strong communication skills for professional interaction with stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm in live event environments

Nice to have

• Exposure to supporting executive-level meetings or internal corporate events
• Experience in hybrid (virtual + in-room) environments
• Interest in growing into production or live events career path
