What you will do

• Edit high-performing video content across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
• Produce and iterate on high volumes of creative variations (hooks, pacing, messaging) to support testing frameworks.
• Own end-to-end post-production, including editing, motion design, sound, and pacing.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, and Paid Media teams to align on performance goals.
• Translate performance data and creative feedback into actionable edit improvements.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative production and iteration.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional video editing experience in both brand and performance marketing.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
• Deep understanding of platform-native editing styles for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
• Strong grasp of direct-response creative principles, including hooks, retention, and CTAs.
• Ability to use performance data and insights to inform editing decisions.
• Must be based in the United States.
