What you will do

• Develop bespoke and original short and long-form branded content across multiple campaigns.
• Manage the entire production lifecycle from development and coordination to shoot and delivery.
• Write scripts and paper edits, collaborating closely with editors to ensure a clear creative vision.
• Optimize content using YouTube metrics (APV, CTR) and trends regarding hooks and pacing.
• Quality control post-production work to ensure accuracy and high professional standards.
• Coordinate logistics, including shoot schedules, travel, and budget management.

Requirements

• Based in the United States (EST or CST Time Zones).
• 4+ years of experience producing digital content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or X.
• In-depth knowledge of YouTube best practices for organic growth and viewership.
• Strong understanding of the influencer and gaming scene, including talent and events.
• Proficiency in script writing, storytelling, and collaborating with video editors.
• Experience with production coordination, including scheduling, travel, and budgets.
