Salary: $113,500 - $180,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end multimedia production for video, motion, podcasts, and live events, from concept to final delivery.
• Translate complex technical product concepts into simplified, humanized visual narratives.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows to streamline ideation and production without sacrificing quality.
• Develop and evangelize scalable systems to improve cross-functional collaboration on multimedia projects.
• Manage and grow brand presence on YouTube, Vimeo, and Spotify to increase engagement and discoverability.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering leaders to transform complex narratives into polished stories.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in multimedia production or creative direction within a brand, agency, or SaaS environment.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio or reel demonstrating technical mastery and storytelling range.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and balance creative direction with operational execution.
• Experience in brand storytelling and translating strategy into visual narratives.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and a curiosity for automation in production.

Nice to have

• Experience writing short-form and long-form content assets.
• Background in the email marketing or marketing automation industries.
• Foundational knowledge of SaaS, APIs, and data analytics.
