What you will do
- Collaborate on YouTube content strategy, develop rolling content calendars, and bring ideas based on construction industry trends.
- Write scripts, plan shoots including location and shot lists, and handle pre-production.
- Appear on camera as primary presenter delivering natural, credible content for contractors and field operators.
- Film content yourself or with minimal crew, including on-site construction footage and interviews.
- Edit full videos with color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, captions, and platform-specific exports.
- Coordinate with growth lead and designers, maintain organized workflows, and flag blockers early.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of video content experience with portfolio, on-camera samples, and specific YouTube production.
- Comfortable on camera presenting naturally to U.S. construction audience.
- Proficient in scriptwriting, shooting (lighting, framing, audio), editing, and motion graphics (After Effects or equivalent).
- Strong YouTube knowledge for long-form retention and short-form adaptations.
- Proactive in content strategy and ideation using AI tools.
- Organized with predictable turnarounds and ability to own editorial decisions.
