Performance Account Executive (Performance Environments)

Performance Account Executive (Performance Environments): Develop client relationships and sell consultative AV solutions for live performance spaces, churches, and faith-based organizations with an accent on high-impact production environments and innovative design-build projects. Focus on penetrating organizations, forecasting opportunities, creating sales proposals, and owning client relationships from sale to delivery.

Location: 100% remote with preference for South-east US and up to 60% travel

Salary: 100,000–120,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop client relationships, prospect calls, CRM management, and high-level conversations with executives to generate meetings and understand needs.
• Function as lead customer relationship manager, forecast opportunities, create sales proposals and pipeline.
• Partner with leadership on sales process, trade shows, and conferences to build brand and relationships.
• Participate in sales meetings, design reviews, create budgets, BOMs, conceptuals, narratives, and agreements.
• Communicate client requirements to teams, assist in project development, and own full client lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5-7 years professional live audio/video production experience with specialization in concert audio, multi-camera video, stage lighting, or environment design.
• Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time.
• Self-motivation, professionalism, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Critical thinking, business negotiation, MS Office skills; Sketchup preferred.
• Bachelor's, Associate's, Technical degree, or equivalent experience; production leadership in live performance or faith-based organizations.
• Understanding of AV/IT/networking technologies and performance industry inspirations.
