Salary: $60,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do
- Prospect and qualify potential property owners through research and active outreach strategies.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand owner needs and potential barriers.
- Deliver tailored value propositions highlighting increased revenue and simplified management.
- Build trust-based relationships and guide property owners through the closing and onboarding process.
- Collaborate with internal onboarding teams to ensure seamless transition for new hosts.
- Track KPIs and conversion rates using CRM systems like Salesforce and Hubspot.
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, specifically within real estate or property management.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete the E-Verify/I-9 process.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build long-term relationships with investors.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot) and virtual communication platforms.
- Ability to interpret market data and perform ROI calculations for potential hosts.
- Self-discipline and motivation to thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.

- Deep knowledge of real estate investing and rental market dynamics.
- Experience with financial modeling for property suitability and compliance.
