Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop advanced analytics models for supply chain planning and inventory optimization.
• Design and deliver KPIs and reporting tools using BI platforms such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Perform deep-dive analysis on supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support digital transformation initiatives including S&OP optimization and digital twin projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, procurement, logistics, and IT teams.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across multiple systems and platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or data analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for modeling.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Deerfield, IL

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake or Azure.
• Exposure to AI/ML applications in supply chain optimization.
