What you will do

• Serve as a strategic data partner for HR Business Partners and senior leaders, with a strong focus on Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations.
• Deliver ongoing workforce analysis, QBRs, and ad hoc analytics to drive organizational decision-making.
• Translate complex people data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for executive audiences.
• Analyze and identify trends, risks, and opportunities across attrition, hiring, performance, and organizational design.
• Develop scalable SQL modeling, business-facing dashboards, and automated AI-driven reporting solutions.
• Drive the strategic roadmap of the People Analytics function, including the evolution of KPIs and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in people, HR, or workforce analytics with a track record of managing business-facing stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL for writing complex, efficient queries (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar).
• Advanced experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data modeling and quick-turn insights.
• Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience working with people data from HR systems like Workday, Greenhouse, or LMS platforms.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience with dbt or analytics engineering concepts.
• Experience helping define analytics strategy, metrics, or reporting standards.
