What you will do

• Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines integrating program, financial, and operational data into a unified portfolio model.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards (KPIs, trends, forecasts) to assess portfolio health, performance, and ROI.
• Lead operational and quarterly portfolio reporting, covering budget vs. actuals, forecasting, and resource capacity.
• Perform advanced financial and scenario modeling to evaluate investment outcomes and risks across the portfolio.
• Ensure data integrity through validation, governance, and documentation of data lineage and business rules.
• Partner with Finance, Program Delivery, and Strategy teams to align portfolio metrics with business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in portfolio management, finance, or strategy within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and forecasting.
• Advanced technical skills in SQL and Python or R for building data pipelines and analytical models.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Excel for executive-level reporting.
• Must be based in or able to work in San Mateo, CA under a hybrid policy.
