What you will do

• Analyze commercial and engagement trends across PlayStation Plus user base to inform strategic decisions and improve performance measurability.
• Explore subscriptions data for novel insights, deconstructing complex datasets to enhance user knowledge.
• Create recursive frameworks for long-term monitoring of business initiatives to identify growth opportunities and reduce reporting cycle time.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Reporting teams to democratize insights into actionable outputs.
• Support business optimization through experimentation and A/B testing.
• Partner with stakeholders across GSBO and supporting teams to deliver business insights using data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or computational field or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in analytics related roles
• Proficient at translating ambiguous business requirements into meaningful analytical insights.
• Skilled with SQL, Python, and spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Knowledge of statistical concepts, subscription metrics, and A/B testing.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality analytical work.
• Proven experience creating data visualizations and reports to surface actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across teams and levels.
• Ability to work varying hours and flexible approach to support global business operations
