What you will do
- Lead and coach Strategic Account Executives on discovery, multi-threaded engagement, forecasting, and enterprise deal strategy.
- Drive regional pipeline generation, deal progression, and accurate forecasting in multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Act as player-coach in key deals, navigating C-suite, technical validation, procurement, and compliance.
- Ensure CRM hygiene, pipeline inspection, and adherence to sales processes for operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Product Solutions, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success for seamless execution.
- Identify market opportunities and provide feedback to influence GTM strategy and enablement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise sales leadership or team lead roles.
- 8+ years in enterprise software sales (AI/ML, data infrastructure, digital transformation preferred).
- Experience closing and coaching $1M+ ACV enterprise deals.
- Strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management expertise.
- Deep understanding of consultative, solution-based selling.
- Entrepreneurial mindset for high-growth, fast-paced environments.

- Experience selling into regulated industries.
- Experience building teams in early-stage or scaling SaaS environments.
- Experience operating within a multi-region enterprise GTM structure.
