Salary: $28.45 - $39.83 per hour (WA applicants)

What you will do

• Prepare and maintain detail part and assembly drawings using CAD and PLM tools.
• Review engineering designs to ensure alignment with established specifications and standards.
• Support engineering teams with mechanical layout for structural, fluids, and electronic components.
• Apply company design and drafting techniques to maintain engineering datasets.
• Implement manufacturing standard methodologies to optimize cost, schedule, and performance.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.
• 2-year AS degree in Computer Aided Drafting, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of designing/drafting for aerospace, automotive, or marine structures and systems.
• Proficiency in 3D software for mechanical design and integration.
• Experience managing large CAD assemblies and associated drawings.

Nice to have

• Experience using PTC Creo CAD tools.
• Experience using Windchill PLM configuration control tools.
• Interest in hands-on product development.
• Bias for design for manufacturing and assembly (DfMA).
