TL;DR

What you will do

  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key retail partners to drive demand generation and promotional opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, product groups, and stakeholders to implement retailer expansion strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas through effective channel management and strategic planning.
  • Influence OEMs to optimize sell-in proposals and manage investment portfolios for maximum ROI.
  • Support go-to-market campaigns, presales activities, and training programs to ensure successful account plan execution.

Requirements

  • Must reside and work within Colombia.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1).
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the IT industry.
  • Proven expertise in account management.

Nice to have

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel for data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with the Colombia consumer/retail market and current PC platform offerings.
  • MBA or Master's degree in sales/marketing.
  • Prior retail account management and co-marketing expertise.
