What you will do

  • Perform outbound calling and prospecting into target accounts across LATAM in partnership with Account Executives.
  • Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and progress them to Sales Accepted Leads (SALs).
  • Execute and localize regional marketing initiatives and nurture programs to support account engagement.
  • Organize and support in-person field marketing activities, including tradeshows and content breakfasts.
  • Collaborate with global Demand Generation teams to align marketing execution with sales follow-up.
  • Contribute toward monthly and quarterly targets for opportunity creation and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in Sales Development, Field Marketing, or Demand Generation.
  • Proven experience in B2B software, SaaS, or IT environments.
  • Proficiency with industry platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, or Outreach.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
