What you will do
- Perform outbound calling and prospecting into target accounts across LATAM in partnership with Account Executives.
- Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and progress them to Sales Accepted Leads (SALs).
- Execute and localize regional marketing initiatives and nurture programs to support account engagement.
- Organize and support in-person field marketing activities, including tradeshows and content breakfasts.
- Collaborate with global Demand Generation teams to align marketing execution with sales follow-up.
- Contribute toward monthly and quarterly targets for opportunity creation and pipeline growth.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Sales Development, Field Marketing, or Demand Generation.
- Proven experience in B2B software, SaaS, or IT environments.
- Proficiency with industry platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, or Outreach.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
- Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
