TL;DR
Internal Account Manager (IT Distribution): Building and growing sales pipeline for key vendors with an accent on proactive outbound activity, opportunity identification, and revenue growth. Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid (non-negotiable 3-day hybrid pattern; candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Milton Keynes office)

What you will do
- Foster strong relationships with core customers and act as a trusted advisor.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for mobile products using expert knowledge.
- Demonstrate and coach partners on products to enable sales.
- Provide sales forecasts and business updates to the head of Sales.
- Update and manage opportunities in CRM to track deal progress.
- Engage with marketing to leverage messaging and influence GTM strategy.
- Leverage field technical resources to progress end-user sales and maximize profitability.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or account-based role, ideally in technology, IT distribution, or related sector.
- Commercial and proactive mindset to build relationships and win new business.
- Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Curious and motivated to learn products, vendors, and new technology.
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; CRM experience beneficial.
- Ability to spot opportunities to improve systems and processes.
- Strong focus on customer experience and commercial outcomes.

- Knowledge of DCPOS channel and vendor landscape.
