What you will do

• Deliver CTFs, hands-on workshops, and advanced investigative training for customers and partners.
• Onboard and enable users to operationalize the platform effectively during deployments.
• Translate complex investigative workflows into structured, scenario-based learning experiences.
• Partner with Deployment Engineers and Customer Success Managers to tailor workshops to customer-specific use cases.
• Provide expert guidance on Investigator functionality, case management, and analytical best practices.
• Conduct pre-delivery preparation including dataset validation, environment setup, and exercise walkthroughs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital forensics, investigative support, or intelligence analysis.
• Deep operational knowledge of investigative analytics platforms, including AI-driven insights and advanced search.
• Demonstrated experience delivering CTFs, workshops, or advanced technical training.
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer-facing instructional skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise deployments and user adoption.
• Ability to travel across North America and LATAM as required (up to 50%).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global’s ecosystem (Pathfinder, Guardian, Inseyets, CAS Lab).
• Bilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese.
