Salary: $170,000 - $185,000 USD per year

hirify.global is a leading cloud-native Asset Operations Management platform creating an AI-first CMMS to modernize maintenance for the deskless workforce.

What you will do

  • Own pipeline creation and set the demand generation strategy to consistently deliver MQLs, SAOs, and revenue opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize a multimillion-dollar demand gen budget across digital, field, and ABM campaigns.
  • Direct the execution of integrated campaigns across paid media, events, webinars, email nurture, ABM, SEO, and partnerships.
  • Establish and refine lead scoring, routing, and follow-up SLAs in close collaboration with Sales leadership.
  • Build dashboards for CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution, and ROI, presenting results to executive leadership.
  • Lead the adoption of AI in marketing workflows to accelerate content, improve targeting, and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with direct ownership of demand generation.
  • Proven success in building and scaling integrated demand programs for mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Deep expertise across paid digital, ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase), SEO, and email automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and Excel.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Los Angeles

  • Experience launching ABM programs from the ground up.
  • Background in scaling demand generation within high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on success with AI-driven marketing experimentation.
