VP of Global Growth Marketing (Fintech): Develop and execute scalable data-driven marketing programs to fuel pipeline growth and revenue with an accent on demand generation, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and analytics. Focus on leading high-performing teams, optimizing multi-million dollar budgets, and collaborating with sales and product leaders on integrated global campaigns.

Location: Hybrid role requiring office presence 3 days a week in Downtown Toronto office. Must be eligible to work in Canada and residing in Toronto, Ontario.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a global growth marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Own the demand generation funnel, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, ABM, and conversion optimization.
  • Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers, channel specialists, and analysts.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to localize campaigns and optimize performance across geographies.
  • Oversee marketing operations, attribution modeling, and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales to align messaging, targeting, and campaign execution.
  • Manage and optimize multi-million dollar marketing budgets across channels and regions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of scaling global demand generation programs in SaaS or technology environments.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution, funnel metrics, and ROI analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
