What you will do

• Develop and improve OSH programs, including HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control) and JHA (Job Hazard Analysis).
• Provide expert consultancy on OSH systems to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead and manage safety operations for high-risk and multi-site environments.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety orientations, inspections, and compliance monitoring.
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Mentor, supervise, and provide guidance to SO3s and other safety officers.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Occupational Safety & Health.
• Completed 40-hour Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) training.
• Additional 80 hours of advanced/specialized OSH training relevant to the industry.
• Certified / Accredited OSH Practitioner recognized by DOLE.
