What you will do

• Conduct workplace inspections and audits to identify and eliminate hazardous conditions.
• Manage environmental risk surveys and organize safety programs like SIPAT.
• Analyze causes of occupational diseases and accidents to implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with CIPA and plant management to maintain HSE management systems.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs to raise worker awareness.
• Oversee the procurement and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) and fire-fighting maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sorocaba, Brazil
• Complete high school and technical certification in Occupational Safety.
• Complete degree in Safety Engineering.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in HSE roles.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
