QHSE Officer

QHSE Officer (Environmental/Safety): Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) with an accent on ISO standards compliance, regulatory alignment, and incident management. Focus on monitoring QHSE performance, conducting internal audits, and collaborating with operational departments to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

What you will do

• Support the implementation and monitoring of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory QHSE requirements.
• Participate in internal audits and track corrective and preventive actions.
• Record, investigate, and manage non-conformities, incidents, and observations.
• Maintain and update QHSE documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
• Collect and analyze QHSE data, KPIs, and environmental performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in ISO Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
